Safeguarding and PSEAH: Policy to Practice
Turn a safeguarding policy into working reporting, referral and response systems.
Most organisations have a safeguarding policy. Fewer have a system that works on the day a report is made.
Participants test their own policy against PSEAH standards, trace how a complaint travels from a community member to a decision, and close the gaps in referral and response.
Survivor-centred practice runs through every session, alongside the HR side: recruitment screening, codes of conduct and staff training records.
