Governance & Leadership for Boards and Executives
Board roles, executive accountability, strategic oversight and the practical documents a governed organisation needs.
Boards and senior managers work through the decisions they actually face: who approves what, how management reports upward, and how conflicts of interest are declared and handled.
Participants review their own constitution or bylaws against good practice, map the split of authority between shareholders, board and management, and draft a delegation-of-authority schedule they can table at their next meeting.
Sessions follow South Sudanese company and NGO law, so the documents produced are ones a registrar or a donor due-diligence team will recognise.
