Financial Management, Grants and Donor Compliance
Budgets, controls, grant rules and audit readiness for donor-funded work.
For finance and programme staff who hold donor money and must account for every pound of it.
The course follows a grant from signature to close-out: costing and budgeting, internal controls, allowable costs, variance analysis, cash flow and the payroll deductions South Sudanese law requires.
Exercises use real grant agreements and budget templates, and the final day is a mock audit, so participants see their systems the way an auditor will.
