Headquartered in Juba with plans for nationwide expansion, GMI is 100% South Sudanese-owned and specialises in tailored training, organisational capacity building, research, implementation support and strategic consultancy.
We provide practical consultancy, training, research and implementation support to public institutions, development partners, national and international NGOs, private companies, and research and education institutions — helping partners turn policies, strategies and programme ideas into clear plans, stronger systems and measurable results.
The company combines professional standards with a sound understanding of South Sudan’s laws, institutions, communities and operating environment. GMI is fully licensed, tax-compliant, and operates with regulatory endorsement from key government agencies including the Ministry of Interior and the South Sudan Revenue Authority.
