MEAL Essentials: Frameworks, Indicators and Evaluation
Build a MEAL system that survives a donor review — from theory of change to endline evidence.
A practical course for teams who must show results — not just activities — to donors and to the communities they serve.
Participants rebuild one of their own results frameworks: tightening the theory of change, rewriting indicators so they can be measured, and designing the tools and data-quality checks behind each one.
Time is also given to accountability to affected people — feedback channels communities actually use, and how that feedback changes programme decisions.
