Proposal Writing and Resource Mobilisation
From donor mapping to a submitted proposal with a defensible logframe and budget.
Built for organisations that need to win funding, not just describe their work.
Participants take a live or recent call for proposals and work through it: checking eligibility, writing the problem statement, building the theory of change, and turning it into a logframe and workplan.
Budgeting gets equal time — costing activities, writing the budget narrative and assembling the compliance annexes that most often get a submission rejected.
