GMI Training & Consultancy Ltd is a private company limited by shares, registered in the Republic of South Sudan under number COY-7ZS2EM, with its registered office at C/O South Sudan Law Society, Atlabara, Juba, South Sudan. We are the data controller for personal information collected through this website and through our engagements.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you submit a contact form, request a proposal, register for training, request documents or apply to join our associate roster, we collect the details you provide — typically your name, organisation, email address, telephone number and the content of your message.
Information collected automatically. Standard web server logs may record your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit. This is used for security and to understand which parts of the site are useful.
Why we use it
To respond to your enquiry, prepare proposals, arrange and administer training, send documents you have requested, consider you for assignments where you have applied, and — only where you have asked for it — to send occasional updates.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Confidentiality is one of our professional commitments. Information you share with us in the course of an engagement is handled confidentially and shared internally only with the personnel assigned to that engagement.
How long we keep it
Enquiry and registration records are kept for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our legal, tax and audit obligations. Associate roster records are kept until you ask us to remove them.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or unsubscribe from updates at any time. Email info@gmi-consult.com and we will respond within a reasonable period.
