How we work with associates
GMI draws on a multidisciplinary team of South Sudanese and regional professionals, selected according to what each assignment requires. Joining the roster does not guarantee work — it means we know what you do and can approach you when an assignment fits.
Associate specialists
Governance, law, MEAL, finance, safeguarding, peacebuilding, education and logistics specialists for assignment-based work.
Facilitators & trainers
Practitioners able to design and deliver training in English and, ideally, Arabic.
Enumerators & field researchers
Data collectors experienced with Kobo, ODK or ONA for baseline, midline and endline studies across the states.

Demonstrated practice
Work you have actually delivered, not only studied. References we can speak to.
Contextual judgement
An understanding of how institutions, communities and regulations work here.
Conflict and gender sensitivity
Do-no-harm practice and inclusion applied as a habit, not an annex.
Safeguarding commitment
Willingness to be screened and to work to GMI’s standards of conduct.
Training dates, policy notes and company updates
Occasional email. Course announcements, regulatory changes worth knowing about, and new resources. No more than once a month.
